  • Building long-term relationships with the customers you deliver to

Qualifications
The ideal Parts Driver will have a passion for delivering customer care on an everyday basis, and must also have excellent driving aptitude for both manual and automatic vehicles. Previous Mopar experience a plus!

  • Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary

  • Handling escalated situations/performing follow-up as needed.
  • Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
  • Assist with Quality checks on completed jobs as needed.
  • Assist with overseeing work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean and inviting
  • Assist with dispatching work to qualified and trained technicians.
  • Communicating vehicle updates via text throughout the workday.

Dick Scott Motor Mall CDJR has openings for experienced Express Lube Technicians. Lube Techs are primarily responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and services as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performs all work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
  • Diagnose and perform needed repairs
  • Communicate with Parts Manager to obtain needed parts
  • Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
  • Advise Manager if additional work is needed
  • Document all work performed as soon as job is completed
  • Attend factory sponsored training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
